Japan’s parliament on Friday passed a bill to revise the Swords and Firearms Control Law to ban acts of explaining online ways to manufacture weapons and encouraging unlawful possession of such weapons, criminalizing such acts .
The bill was approved that day during the plenary meeting of the House of Councilors, the upper house of the Diet. The bill was passed by the House of Representatives, the House of Representatives, in April.
