PARIS – Japanese brand Anrealage presented playful “cool-wear” embedded with small electric fans at the Paris Fashion Week show on Tuesday for its spring and summer 2025 collections.
When the models stopped walking on the catwalk, their clothes inflated and turned into unusual silhouettes such as balloons and bees. Employees controlled the fans remotely from their smartphones to generate the wind, which surprised the audience.
Designer Kunihiko Morinaga said he made invisible things visible, and this time he focused on wind.
Raul, member of the popular boy band Snow Man, also appeared on the catwalk. When the top half of his sheer tan outfit inflated, he looked like he was about to fly into the air.
