Massaging pressure points can treat pain in important organs or problem areas. It is a common practice in traditional Chinese medicine, reflexology and other forms of alternative medicine. These pressure points can be found everywhere on our body, such as on our feet and legs, hands and face. Applying pressure to these points is believed to reduce congestion, cure mild headaches and relieve tension. Although not entirely conclusive, some studies show the benefits of working with pressure points for mild discomfort.

For those who work long hours in front of computer screens, eye strain is a common side effect that can cause headaches and blurred vision. To combat this, Bon Moment has developed slippers with special insoles that target pressure points and thus provide relief from eye strain. There are two protrusions: one under the toes and a larger one under the sole. It’s comfortable enough for everyday use and uses cork-like material for breathability.
