OSAKAOctober 20 (News On Japan) – Saturday (October 19) marked as International Menstruation Day. An event aimed at promoting a better understanding of menstruation is currently being held in Osaka.
The event was organized by a pharmaceutical company to mark International Menstruation Day, with the aim of raising awareness about menstruation.
A survey of high school students found that some still suffer from menstrual pain, which disrupts their daily school life. During the event there will be displays teaching the right ways to deal with menstrual pain.
The event runs until October 27.
