Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa was released from hospital with minor injuries after crashing during a Ferrari racing event.
The founder of Japanese online fashion store Zozo was one of two people taken to a hospital after the accident happened at around 2pm on Sunday at a race track in Miyagi prefecture, public broadcaster NHK said.
Maezawa said in an X post that a brake failure caused him to crash and that he had returned to his hotel room after being checked at the hospital.
He said the other person in the accident also suffered only minor injuries and had already gone home.
