TOKYOApril 25 (News On Japan) – Nippon Television has developed a new educational game aimed at primary school children that combines the fun of learning about “information literacy” with a simulated experience as a news reporter.
In the game, children put themselves in the shoes of a news reporter, delving into the truth behind an incident in a certain city.
By distinguishing between facts and untruths between different pieces of information, the game aims to equip children with the skills needed to navigate our information-saturated society.
The game is primarily intended for fifth and sixth graders and is offered for free to interested schools.
