Learning kanji (Chinese characters used in Japanese) is essential for learning to speak Japanese fluently. It is often introduced after you have mastered it hiragana And katakana (the Japanese phonetic alphabet). In total, there are about 2,000 to 2,500 characters you need to know to read formal documents and newspapers in Japanese. Memorizing them requires hours of writing practice, using them in context and actively recalling them.
To make studying kanji less tedious, you can mix it up by adding a touch of color. The Zebra Mild Liner Collection, releasing in late May 2024, offers a selection of more than 20 pastel colored line and brush pens. The latest release includes an ink bottle called Mild Liner no Moto that adds a gradient effect to whatever you write. All you have to do is dip the tip of the Mild Liner into the ink bottle and watch the colors change as you write. There are nine ink colors priced at ยฅ935.
